Healthcare Operations Experience
Total Managed Care Services, Inc. - TMCS - was founded by Mr. Jeffrey T King RN MBA MSN in 2000 to provide managed care consulting services to organizations across various segments within the healthcare industry. Since inception, Mr. King and a team of TMCS consultants have provided guidance to a range of healthcare organizations including physician groups, home health agencies, accountable care organizations and pharmaceutical groups.
Specializing in population health including care coordination, case management and care transition, TMCS has assisted both health plans and large clinic groups to successfully improve health outcomes and population based performance measures. TMCS also provides accreditation and compliance consultation including the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), URAC, CARF & The Joint Commission.

TMCS has broad experience in both health plan and provider accreditation.
National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) Accreditation: Six (6) reviews experience with one (1) provisional and five (5) full accreditation awards.
American Accreditation Healthcare Commission / URAC Accreditation: Two (2) reviews experience with two (2) full accreditation awards.
Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) Accreditation: Three (3) reviews experience with one (1) provisional and two (2) full accreditation awards.
CARF Accreditation: Five (5) reviews experience with five (5) full accreditation awards.

Commitment to Community
Through his experience in healthcare, Mr. King recognized the need to assist individuals and families with navigating the complex healthcare system. In 2016 Mr. King founded TMCS Community Care, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the local community and provide guidance and assistance to access healthcare and social resources.
